This Privacy Policy applies to our Site www.lawgix.com.au (Site) as well as our social media channels. This Privacy Policy applies to the products and services we provide. Explained in this Privacy Policy is how we collect, hold, use and disclose data to carry out the services we provide. Our Privacy Policy also constitutes part of our Website Terms & Conditions. If you submit other information on other websites, this Privacy Policy does not cover the information that you submit there. This includes if you make a comment or post on any social media platform (ie. Instagram). Those social media platforms have their own privacy policies and the information you submit on those platforms is governed by the privacy policies on those social media platforms/websites.

Security and storage of personal information

We will keep your personal information for as long as we need it and this period will also depend on your interactions with us. If you have made a purchase with us, we will keep a record of your purchase for the period necessary for invoicing and tax purposes. When we no longer need to keep your information, we will delete it.
Visiting our website and online platforms
We use technology to automatically collect certain types of information. This information allows us to customise and personalise your online experience and improving your future online experience. We may also use this information for development and analytics purposes. Facebook Insights are also used by us to track your interaction with our Facebook page. By tracking this, we can track usage and improve our Site. Facebook Analytics helps us to track, measure and understand your user experience to enable us to improve the products and services that we offer. Display advertising and remarketing are just some of the Google Analytics we use, but not all. We use tracking technologies (cookies) to optimise and serve our marketing based on past visits to our Site. When you log onto our Site, we by using Google Analytics, use your browsing behaviour to connect this with other data that you previously provided to us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Payment Security
Our Site is hosted on Webflow. They provide us with the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Webflow’s data storage, databases and the general Webflow application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Webflow stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Marketing
