We get asked quite a few questions, so we thought we’d answer some of the most common here to save you some time!
Can I cancel my subscription before the 12 months?
We really hope that you get real value from your Lawgix subscription, however you may cancel your subscription after a minimum of 6 months use, on 1 months written notice. Our subscriptions are designed to give you value for your money over a 12 month period. You will receive the benefits of your membership as soon as you create a Lawgix account. We don’t provide any credits or refunds because you have changed your mind. So get on board! But, if you really want to cancel your subscription, we will calculate a payout figure you must pay taking into account any Lawgix documents accessed as part of your subscription package and work provided.
When do you start drafting my customised document?
As soon as you have made your selection and we have your detailed instructions, we will get started in drafting and will let you know how long it will take.
When can I call you?
You can schedule a call to speak to us at anytime, but please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Calls are scheduled according to availability. We look forward to chatting with you!
What if I need additional services beyond those included in my subscription?
Book a free consultation and let us know what you need. We can provide custom services separate from your subscription and you’ll receive a discount if you’re a Lawgix member! We got you!
Can I change by subscription from the “getting started” as my business grows and needs change?
Absolutely! Just let us know when you’re ready to upgrade. We can chat to you to work out what you need and tailor your subscription to suit you.
Will my subscription package cover all legal issues?
Unfortunately not. Our subscription packages are designed for general business use and not for complex business and legal issues. You can benefit from the discount we provide to subscription members for matters that need a bit more love and attention.
