Amanda is a lawyer with over 18 years’ of experience within the legal industry. She passionate about all things tech and legal! Over the years working as a lawyer in many fields and industries, Amanda discovered that clients want simple legal advice without the legal jargon. It was these experiences that have inspired her to share her legal knowledge with you and to make the law accessible and affordable.
Amanda is passionate about all things business. Building visions and seeing the success of her clients gives her a great sense of gratitude. She is thankful to the many business owners with whom she has worked with over the years and whom she has seen grow into lucrative empires.
Amanda can take care of all your business needs whether you’re just getting started or wondering how you can take your gig to the next level. She knows from experience that growing pains can be painful, but also knows what it takes to protect your business and succeed.
Amanda has assisted franchisors and franchisees as well as completed multiple trademark applications and prepared intellectual property licences. She has also spent many hours at her desk drafting personalised agreements including for the sale of shares, supply of services and products, and for one’s launch to the moon (OK, maybe not that last one).
Amanda loves all things property, whether it be acting for someone buying their first home or a property developer.
She has helped family members both reunite and separate, and has resolved the messiest civil and commercial disputes. Amanda has represented individuals who have sustained injuries in their employment and otherwise, and has also regularly appeared before the Court in both civil and criminal jurisdictions. Yup, she can literally bail you out!
